Suggested conditioning program this week:

October 24-29
Notes
Day 1:
  • Stretch & ½ Mile Warm-up Run
  • 4 x 400M (1/4 Mile) Sprints
  • ½ Mile Cool-down run & Stretch


Completed as a team - October 24
Nice Job!
Day 2:
  • Stretch & ½ Mile Warm-up Run
  • 10 x 40 Yard Sprints
  • ½ Mile Cool-down Run & Stretch


Complete on your own on Wednesday or Thursday
Day 3:
  • Stretch + 2.5 Mile Run – Slow Pace (9 min. miles) + Stretch
Complete on your own on Saturday
